1. Services

Seema IT Solutions provides web development, software development, mobile application development, digital marketing, and related IT services. All projects are governed by a separate service agreement signed prior to commencement.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Seema IT Solutions retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. A minimum advance is required before work begins. Seema IT Solutions reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

4. Limitation of Liability

Seema IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables beyond the scope of the project agreement.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
